There are three different upgrades available:
This will upgrade a single plugin type and give you access to the Starter features. You can create as many versions of that plugin as you need for your site.
This will upgrade a single plugin type and give you access to the Pro features. You can create as many versions of that plugin as you need for your site.
This will upgrade your entire POWR account. You will have access to all of the features for every plugin in the POWR plugin library, except HIPAA forms. They are their own product.
For each plan, you can select your preferred billing frequency. POWR offers a monthly, annual, and biennial (2-year) option.
For monthly subscriptions, you will be charged every 30 days from the date of purchase.
Annual subscriptions are billed every year from the date of purchase. Biennial subscriptions are billed every two years from the date of purchase.
You will pay for the entire period upfront for annual and biennial options. Discounts are automatically applied to these plans.
To downgrade an active subscription, please follow these steps:
You will keep your upgrade for monthly subscriptions until the end of the billing period during which you canceled.
You will have the downgraded version of your plugin when the next billing cycle begins the following month.
For annual and biennial subscriptions, you will keep your upgraded plugin until the end of the year that you paid for.
For example, if you purchased an annual subscription in January and cancel in March, you will keep your upgraded features until January of the following year, after which you will be downgraded to the version you selected.

Discounts are offered when choosing to upgrade yearly or biennially.
There's a 10% discount for a yearly upgrade and a 20% discount for a biennial (every two years) upgrade.
Yes, POWR offers all registered non-profits a 50% discount on yearly upgrades. Contact customer support for more information!
To cancel an active subscription, please follow these steps:
You will keep your upgrade for monthly subscriptions until the end of the billing period during which you canceled. You will have the free version of your plugin when the billing cycle begins next month.
For annual and biennial subscriptions, you will keep your upgraded plugin until the year-end for which you paid.
For example, if you purchased an annual subscription in January and cancel in March, you will keep your upgraded features until January of the following year, after which you will be downgraded to the free version.
Removing a plugin from your page will NOT cancel your upgrade. POWR plugins are not site-specific. Any saved plugin can be removed and installed as often as you like on any site.
If you no longer use any POWR plugins on your sites, please follow the âHow do I cancel my subscription?â steps to cancel all future payments.
No refunds are available for monthly upgrades, regardless of when you cancel, but you will keep upgraded status for the remainder of the period.
However, we can issue a refund within 5 days after purchase for annual or biennial upgrades. Please read POWR's full refund policy for more details.
Please contact support if you upgraded the wrong plugin or selected the wrong plan by mistake.
If you want to change your payment method, please follow these steps:
If you want your plugin to have only Starter or Pro features (e.g., Form Builder, Social Feed, etc.), you must upgrade each plugin individually.
However, if you have several form plugins saved, you only need to upgrade the Form Builder once to upgrade all your forms.
You may also want to consider the Business upgrade, which gives you unlimited access to all the features for every plugin in the POWR library.
No! POWR plugins can be used on any website so there is no need to cancel your subscription if you are migrating to a new platform. Please visit our platform tutorials page to find out how to add your plugin to your new site.
